NERACIA FINANCE & TAX / One-time project before regular bookkeeping

Bookkeeping Cleanup & Setup

Books falling behind? Start with clearer records.

We organize one earlier month of records, reconcile the bank and prepare the account list, proposed opening balances and outstanding work.

WORK SCOPE

What is included

Initial scope: one Indonesian entity, IDR, one historical month, one bank account, up to 200 bank transactions and 200 journal lines, counted separately. Includes receivable/payable lists relevant to that period. We check a sample before quoting. Unclear opening balances are traced or recorded as open items; reconstructing other periods requires a separate scope.

The work we carry out
  1. Check a sample and source inventory; agree the period, volumes, access and a contact for questions.
  2. Organize records and trace bank, receivables, payables and opening balances against evidence. Prepare changes for approval.
  3. Arrange review, explain differences and hand over proposed balances and next-period recording guidance.
What is not included

Excludes additional historical periods, audit, tax advice/calculation/filing, valuation, consolidation, inventory costing, payroll, integrations and live-system migration. Optional setup of one software requires separate agreement, competence, licensing, backup, testing and reconciliation. Missing evidence is not invented and differences are not forced to zero.

What comes after cleanup?

Receive records, proposed opening balances and an open-item list. You and the reviewer check changes before posting. Material unresolved items may hold the move to monthly bookkeeping.

Monthly bookkeeping is optional. Software setup, licenses and migration are discussed separately; the same recording work is not billed twice.

CHECKING THE OUTPUTS

Checked before
handover.

Which records can be carried forward, and what must be resolved before monthly bookkeeping?

We check outputs against the agreed inputs and work. Outstanding items stay recorded with reasons and next actions.

Checks against the agreement

  • Sources, periods, changes and transaction records are traceable; entries balance without claiming that this proves every record is correct.
  • A reviewer checks the bank, receivable/payable lists and proposed opening balances; differences and missing evidence remain visible.
  • The client accepts the outputs and follow-up list. Opening balances are not used for posting before approval; material open items may hold the monthly transition.

Starting records One-month source inventory, complete bank statement, prior records and opening-balance evidence/approval status.

01

Bank difference before & after proposed changes

Compare ledger and statement balances; separate proposed and approved changes. A zero difference is not approval or proof that all records are correct.

02

Opening-balance & evidence readiness

Record each balance, evidence, reviewer and approval status; missing information remains unknown. Every open item has an owner and next action.

The reviewer checks sources and assumptions; the client makes decisions. Differences and missing inputs remain open.

Includes an explanation and one correction round on the same inputs/work, requested within seven days of handover. Monthly bookkeeping is optional after agreeing opening balances and the next engagement.

Agree starting records, targets and period before starting. Examples and targets are not client results.

HOW TO START

Discuss one need.
Receive a clear proposal.

Arif is your first contact. Designate delivery personnel and reviewer in the agreement before starting.

  1. Describe the problem

Share your business type, the task causing difficulty and your desired result.

  2. Review the work & price

Discuss inputs, limits, people and timing. You review a written quote before deciding.

  3. Deliver, check & discuss

Review the agreed work, then hand it over with any outstanding questions and next actions.

Payment, timing & corrections

Pricing follows the period, volume, record condition and review needs. The quote states the project fee, payment milestones, service taxes and dates. Software licenses, optional software setup and additional periods are separate. The same recording work is not charged again in a monthly service.

Final dates follow complete inputs and agreed access, roles and payment terms. Discuss changed work or blockers before adjusting the schedule.

One correction round on the same inputs and work, requested within seven days of handover. New inputs, periods or tasks require a separate agreement.

Subsequent work & responsibilities

SUBSEQUENT WORK

Finance & Tax

Choose a cash, project profit/pricing, supplier bill or marketplace payout review, or monthly help. Each engagement has its own scope.

  1. Choose the work

Records, financial reports, tax administration, or cash and unpaid-invoice review.

  2. Review the work together

Discuss balances, differences, missing documents and decisions needed.

  3. Agree the next engagement

Complete the focused review first. Monthly or further work follows agreed needs, fees, people and timing.

Who is responsible?

You provide sources and approve decisions. We deliver and arrange review. Tax actions requiring authority are carried out by an appointed party under the agreement.

Each engagement starts after agreeing scope, people, access, timing and payment. Subsequent stages are excluded unless written in the quote.

Before you decide

Is subsequent work included?

Includes an explanation and one correction round on the same inputs/work, requested within seven days of handover. Monthly bookkeeping is optional after agreeing opening balances and the next engagement.

What if inputs are missing or differ?

Record gaps, their impact, owners and next actions. Conclusions requiring evidence remain open. Agree extra work and changed dates before proceeding.

How do we share documents?

Start with general context. Before sharing documents, agree minimum access, recipients, transfer channel, storage and retention. Do not send main account passwords.

Does contacting you place an order?

No. Discuss fit and availability, then review a quote. Work starts after agreeing inputs, people, dates and payment terms.
