1. Parties. The neracia.com website is operated by Arif Kurniawan under the business name Neracia. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. General information. Website content is general information about our services. It is not financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not the result of an audit or assurance engagement.
3. Pilot registration. Filling in a form does not create a contract. An engagement starts only after an SOW (Scope of Work) is agreed in writing and the deposit is paid. Pilot places are limited, and we may decline registrations outside our scope.
4. Prices. Prices are in Rupiah and may change. The binding price is the one written in the signed SOW.
5. Financial documents. Do not send financial documents through the form. Financial data is shared only after an SOW is agreed, through the channel we specify.
6. Intellectual property. The text, design and Neracia name on this website belong to Arif Kurniawan. Copying for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of this website’s content.
8. Privacy. Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Law. The laws of the Republic of Indonesia apply; disputes are first resolved through amicable deliberation.
