CHECKING THE OUTPUTS

We check the work
to support your decisions.

Which invoices need follow-up, and when does cash need attention?

We check outputs against the agreed inputs and work. Outstanding items stay recorded with reasons and next actions.

Reconciliation difference

Calculated balance − statement balance, in IDR. Zero requires complete sources; differences remain exceptions.

02

Receivables action coverage

Open invoices with an owner, action and date ÷ all open invoices. With no open invoices, report not applicable.

Agree starting records, targets and period before starting. Examples and targets are not client results.
