How to read the results

How is cash calculated?

Week-end cash = opening cash + receipts − payments. Each ending balance becomes the next week’s opening balance. The scenario moves the selected receipt and adds the extra payment you enter.

Does positive cash mean the business is safe?

Not necessarily. The simulator uses week-end balances and your assumptions. Payments may occur before receipts within a week. Debts, obligations or documents not entered are not included.

Is this bookkeeping or a financial report?

This is simple planning from estimated receipts and payments. It does not calculate profit or tax, reconcile bank records with invoices or examine documents. See Neracia services to discuss the review you need.
