TAX ONBOARDING DOCUMENT CHECKLIST

Documents to prepare
before tax support begins.

Starting monthly tax administration or Coretax e-Faktur draft support with Neracia is straightforward. Simply prepare business identity records, delegate the Coretax Drafter role without sharing passwords, and provide statement and transactional records for the active period. Everything begins with a clear written scope before work starts.

SECTION 01 · 6 ONBOARDING DOCUMENT CATEGORIES

What materials do you need to gather
to get started?

You do not need to provide everything for an initial consultation. However, once the work proposal is confirmed, the following documents are used by the Neracia human operator to assemble accurate reconciliation workpapers and tax drafts:

01

Taxpayer Identity & Legal Registration

Taxpayer identification details in Coretax DJP formats (16-digit NPWP, 22-digit branch NITKU, official certificates, and corporate legal establishment records).

  • 16-Digit NPWP & NIK: Active 16-digit format in DJP (NIK for Individuals; 16-digit Corporate NPWP starting with "0" under PMK 112/2022 and PMK 136/2023).
  • 22-Digit NITKU: Unique 22-digit identifier for each branch office, retail shop, or separate storage facility.
  • PP 55/2022 & PP 20/2026 Certificate: PDF certificate downloaded from the Coretax Portal when utilizing the 0.5% Final Tax scheme.
  • Deed of Establishment & Ministry Approval (Corporate Taxpayers): Legal establishment files to verify the exact registration year for remaining 0.5% entitlement calculation under PP 20/2026.
02

Coretax DJP Collaboration Access (PMK 44/2026)

Role-based collaborator delegation in Coretax (Impersonate / Assign Role) without sharing passwords, PINs, or one-time codes.

  • Assign Drafter Role: Client grants Drafter permissions to the Neracia operator via User Settings on the Coretax Taxpayer Portal.
  • Zero Sharing of Passwords, OTPs, or Passphrases: The operator never requests account passwords, SMS/email OTPs, or digital certificate passphrases.
  • Self-Approval & Return Submission by Taxpayer: Neracia prepares workpapers and portal drafts; client or authorized representative signs electronically and submits all returns under PMK 44/2026.
03

Monthly Gross Turnover Register (Revenue)

Gross revenue records from day 1 to month-end across outlets/branches for 0.5% Final Tax computation and threshold monitoring.

  • Point-of-Sale / Cashier / Marketplace Sales Summaries: Monthly gross sales reports per branch/outlet arranged by transaction date.
  • IDR 500M Exemption Tracker (Individuals Only): Cumulative turnover ledger from January to determine the first month tax payment becomes due (PP 55/2022).
  • Consolidated Turnover for Related Entities & Spouses (PH/MT): Aggregated revenue for founder-owned PT Perorangan and separate-property spouses to monitor the IDR 4.8B ceiling (PP 20/2026 Arts. 57 & 58).
04

Tax Invoices & VAT Transactions (For PKP)

Commercial customer invoices and supplier tax invoices ready before the 20th and month-end statutory deadlines.

  • Commercial Sales Invoices & Customer Details: Sales invoices with buyer name, address, and 16-digit NPWP/NIK to draft Output e-Faktur ahead of the 20th deadline (PER-11/PJ/2025).
  • Supplier Input Tax Invoices (B2B): Approved PDF/XML Input Invoices with bank proof of payment for crediting on the Monthly VAT Return before month-end.
  • Credit Notes / Return Documentation: Official documentation for sales returns or cancelled invoices issued during the tax period.
05

Withholding Tax Slips & Payment Records (e-Bupot)

Withholding slips issued by corporate/government clients or self-issued for salary and contractor payments.

  • Withholding Slips Received (Arts. 21, 23, 4(2)): Official Unified e-Bupot slips from corporate clients, government agencies, or marketplaces.
  • Payroll & Contractor Records (Art. 21): Gross pay registers for employees and contractors to prepare draft withholding slips and Monthly PPh 21/Unified returns.
  • State Revenue Receipts (BPN/NTPN): Bank transaction receipts containing valid NTPN numbers for tax installments paid during the period.
06

Business Bank Statements & Expense Proofs

Operating bank statements from day 1 to month-end and valid expense receipts for complete cash reconciliation.

  • Operating Bank Statements (PDF & Excel/CSV): Full statements for all business operating accounts to reconcile inflows and outflows.
  • Separation of Business and Personal Accounts: Especially for entities switching to full bookkeeping, ensuring business funds are completely segregated from personal accounts.
  • Valid Business Expense Records: Receipts, utility/rental bills, payroll, and supplier vouchers that qualify as deductible business expenses.

SECTION 02 · FOUR-STAGE ONBOARDING WORKFLOW

Structured progression from written agreement
to ready drafts in Coretax.

Tax administration engagements with Neracia are structured so that you retain complete authority over your accounts and business decisions, while technical reconciliation work is handled cleanly by a human operator:

01

Initial Needs Consultation & Written Scope

Discuss your entity type (Individual, PT Perorangan, CV, or PT), VAT registration, and upcoming tax deadlines. All scope limits, monthly workflows, and fees are agreed in writing before starting.

02

Private Collaboration Folder & Coretax Drafter Role

Neracia sets up a secure private folder. The client delegates the Drafter role in Coretax DJP via Assign Role — with zero sharing of account passwords, PINs, or OTPs.

03

Workpaper Preparation & Recorded Human Self-Check

A human operator reconciles bank transactions, matches sales and purchase invoices, drafts e-Faktur or monthly tax returns, and conducts a recorded self-check ahead of statutory deadlines.

04

Client Review & Self-Authorization in Coretax

The client reviews the draft workpapers and calculations, then personally signs electronically and submits returns in the Coretax Taxpayer Portal under PMK 44/2026.

Designed for VAT-registered businesses (PKP) that need sales invoices prepared before the Coretax upload deadline and draft Monthly VAT Returns ready for review before the end of the following month. 03

VAT Workpaper & Draft SPT Masa PPN (End of Next Month)

NERACIA POSITIONING · DONE BY PEOPLE, NOT SOFTWARE

Not accounting software you have to fill in yourself.
Done directly by a human operator.

Many business owners already subscribe to accounting software or use spreadsheet templates, yet their reports still fall behind because no one has time to check receipts and reconcile bank statements. Neracia is a human-delivered service—not a self-service app.

Why business owners choose a human-operated service over a software subscription alone
Work Aspect Self-Service Accounting Software (App Only) Neracia (Human-Operated + Recorded Self-Check)
Who does the work each month? You or your internal staff must spend time entering transactions, selecting chart-of-account codes, and matching bank statements inside the app yourself.Carried out directly by a person (Neracia’s human operator). You supply bank statements and transaction documents; we organize, reconcile and prepare the reports.
When documents are missing or bank balances differSoftware simply adds up whatever was typed. If entries are duplicated, misclassified or missing evidence, charts still render as if everything were accurate.A human operator checks supporting evidence line by line (recorded self-check), isolates unclear items into an open-action register, and reviews them with your contact.
Readiness for new tax rules (PP 20/2026 & Coretax VAT)Software only provides form fields; you still have to interpret regulations yourself to check 0.5% Final Tax eligibility or Coretax invoice codes. We prepare workpapers referenced to official rules (PP 20/2026, PMK 81/2024), track the 20th-of-month e-Faktur deadline, and organize review-ready materials for your authorization.
Relationship with tools you already useRequires migrating into a specific app and paying recurring subscription fees even during busy months when nobody has time to input data.No forced software migration. We can work from CSV/Excel exports of your existing tool or raw source documents, and hand over complete files that you own.

What about local tools and AI at Neracia?

We use deterministic calculations for numerical accuracy and use AI only in a limited way to help structure explanations—always with human review before handover, and without uploading confidential client documents to public AI services.
