How to read your estimate
How is the package selected?
We choose the smallest package covering both transactions and accounts: Micro up to 50 transactions and 1 account, Small up to 150 and 2 accounts, Growth up to 300 and 4 accounts. More accounts can require a larger package even with few transactions. Above 300 transactions or 4 accounts needs a custom quote.
Are transactions the same as VAT invoices?
No. The Rapi Mikro/Kecil bundles cover up to 30/50 VAT invoices, separately from bookkeeping transaction limits. Bundle estimates are conditional: confirm your VAT invoice count when contacting Neracia; if it exceeds the cap, request a suitable quote. The current package list has no Growth bundle price.
What does the 3-month total mean?
Minimum total = monthly fees including the selected add-on × 3 months. Minimum contract 3 months, final price without VAT, paid in advance each month. Catch-up bookkeeping is priced separately. Estimates follow package caps; scope and fees are agreed in writing before work starts.
Does this include filing tax returns or an audit?
Book closing provides internal management reports, not an audit. VAT remains draft-only: Neracia prepares drafts; you approve and submit them yourself in Coretax. Tax-return filing and tax payment are excluded. If you have employees, the estimator suggests the PPh 21 add-on at Rp250,000/month for confirmation against your needs.
