Reconciliation: one account, one calendar month, up to 100 bank + ledger source rows combined. Cleanup: up to 300 source rows across at most 2 CSV / Excel files. Every supplied record counts, including duplicate candidates.
Responsibilities and working arrangements
- Inquiry → scope → approval → preparation → review → handoff. Work is draft-only preparation; your accountant retains technical decisions and final sign-off. No audit opinion, tax advice, lodgement, journal posting or payment execution.
- Review combines a 10-minute preparer self-check and the client’s accountant sign-off. There is no external reviewer.
- One consolidated revision round on the agreed dataset and rules, requested within 5 business days of delivery. Additional data requires a new quote.
- Data is shared through a separate, upload-only Google Drive location per client. Supply only authorized exports; no bank, accounting-system or tax-account credentials, passwords, OTPs or access tokens.
- Working data is deleted 30 days after delivery (H+30), with a deletion log. Keep your own copies of the source files and delivered workpapers.
- Working hours: Mon–Fri 19:30–22:00 WIB and Sat 09:00–16:00 WIB. Response within 1 business day; preparation takes 3–4 business days after complete data and payment are received.
Account currency and invoicing
AU/SG entities can be served using their account currencies, including AUD and SGD. Transactions outside the account currency are marked needs review. No automatic conversion, exchange-rate selection or acceptance of differences; the client’s accountant decides the treatment.
USD invoice; payment instructions provided with the invoice.
Use of workpapers and data
The client is responsible for complete source records, authorization to share data, review of outputs and decisions about their use. Unresolved items stay open for review. Use the upload-only location provided for your engagement; do not attach sensitive data to the initial email.
