The fee is calculated as 10% of the first month payment settled by the client you introduced. Neracia applies clear fixed pricing: VAT draft-only package IDR 500,000/mo (Tier A up to 30 invoices), IDR 750,000/mo (Tier B up to 50 invoices), add-on PPh 21 IDR 250,000/mo, minimum 3-month contract, final price without VAT.

- Minimum 3-Month Contract: All monthly VAT administration packages have an initial 3-month commitment to ensure Coretax reconciliation runs smoothly.
- Final Price Without VAT: The package fees listed above are the final amounts paid by clients, with no VAT surcharge added.
- Draft-Only Non-Proxy Role: Neracia prepares invoice drafts and return drafts; the client approves, signs, submits in Coretax and creates billing codes independently. Neracia does not act as a tax proxy. The client remains responsible for submission, electronic signatures, and payment.

Who is eligible to participate in the Neracia Referral Program?
Anyone is eligible to participate: business owners, active clients, business consultants, accountants, colleagues, or general contacts who know a business or VAT-registered entity (PKP) in need of Coretax e-Faktur and Monthly VAT Return administration support. There are no membership prerequisites or registration fees.
How much referral fee will I receive?
You receive a referral fee of 10% of the first month payment settled by the client you introduced. For example: for VAT Package Tier A (IDR 500,000/month), your referral fee is IDR 50,000; for VAT Package Tier B (IDR 750,000/month), your referral fee is IDR 75,000.
When is the 10% referral fee disbursed?
The referral fee is paid via direct bank transfer shortly after the client you introduced settles their first month invoice and the funds are verified in Neracia’s bank account.
How do I ensure my referral is properly recorded?
You can notify Neracia in advance via official WhatsApp or email when introducing your contact. Your referral can also state your name or contact details in the message field on Neracia’s Contact page.
Is there any limit on the number of clients I can refer?
There is no limit. You may refer as many prospective clients as you wish. Each referral that becomes an active paying client for the VAT Package earns its respective referral fee transparently.
