Existing pilot scopes, in US dollars. Prices are final after sample review; extras are quoted before work begins. Broader accounting support is quoted to scope.

Consistent transaction files

Data cleanup pilot

fromUS$60

A defined cleanup of structured data, with an inspectable record of changes.

  • Up to 300 source rows, combined across at most 2 CSV / Excel files.
  • Agreed fields and cleanup rules.
  • Cleaned copy, change log and exceptions.
  • 1 revision on the agreed dataset and rules.
Read the original pilot scope

Bank + ledger workpaper

Reconciliation pilot

fromUS$100

A source-linked comparison of supplied bank and ledger exports, ready for your review.

  • One bank account, one calendar month.
  • Up to 100 source rows across bank + ledger combined.
  • Bank-to-ledger bridge, matched rows and open items / exceptions with source references.
  • 1 revision on the agreed dataset and rules.
Read the original pilot scope

One supplied record counts as one source row, including duplicate candidates. For reconciliation, the 100-row limit combines the supplied bank and ledger records. Additional accounts, periods, schedules and recurring work require a separate scope and quote.

Choose how to start

A bounded pilot, a project, or recurring work.

Use the two existing pilots for a defined first task. Project and recurring work receive a separate quote after sample review.

Bounded pilots

Deliverables
Cleaned copy, change log and exceptions; or a bank-to-ledger workpaper with matched rows and open items.
Frequency & limits
One assignment. Cleanup: 300 source rows across at most 2 CSV/Excel files. Reconciliation: one account, one month, 100 bank + ledger rows combined. Each includes one revision.
Client inputs
Structured exports, agreed cleanup/matching rules and a suitable sample. Reconciliation needs both bank and ledger records.
Price
The two existing pilot prices and exact scopes above.

Project work

Deliverables
An agreed catch-up period, COA/GL workpaper, revenue/asset schedule, close pack or report.
Frequency & limits
One defined project. Entities, periods, accounts, volume, currencies, outputs and revision terms are set in the quote.
Client inputs
Available records, opening balances, policy instructions, known gaps and a named reviewer.
Price
Quoted after sample and scope review. Extras agreed before work; no preset project fee.

Recurring work

Deliverables
An agreed cycle of bookkeeping, reconciliation, month-end schedules and/or management reports.
Frequency & limits
Agreed monthly or other cadence. Record volumes, cutoff, outputs, review responsibilities and revision terms are defined in writing.
Client inputs
Timely period exports, supporting records, approved policies and feedback on open items.
Price
Quoted for the recurring scope. No public monthly price or automatic expansion of the pilots.

A practical handoff

Define the work. Keep the decisions clear.

A preparation assignment begins with a specific task and an agreed reviewer.

  1. Describe the task

Share the output you need, approximate volume, period and relevant jurisdiction. Keep client records and identifiers out of the initial inquiry.

  2. Confirm fit and scope

Agree a restricted channel, recipients and retention before sharing files. Review a suitable sample, then agree outputs, timing and final price.

  3. Prepare and hand back

For accepted work, Neracia prepares and self-checks the agreed files. Your firm reviews exceptions, approves decisions and retains final sign-off.

Before preparation begins: scope, final price and payment terms are agreed in writing before issuing an invoice. Work starts after the agreed payment is received. Extra volume or complexity is quoted before work begins.

A clear handoff. Decisions stay with you.

Client review and approval

You approve accounting policies, classifications, rates, adjustments and final posting. Management reports and schedules carry no assurance.

Client-owned payments

Payment execution remains client-owned. You approve and execute payments and send communications. Neracia does not request live bank credentials, passwords or OTPs.

Specialist services

Independent foreign tax advice and filing/sign-off require an appropriate local qualified provider. Specialist tax, CFO, incorporation, dissolution and EOR/hiring requests require a separate qualification and delivery-availability check. No provider is represented as secured.

Before an assignment

A few practical questions.

Know what to send and what you will receive.

What accounting work can I request?

COA, GL, bank reconciliation, multicurrency, cost centers, revenue and month-end support. Choose a service group to see the records and handoff, then request a quote.

How do the pilots fit broader services?

The two entry offers retain their original limits and one revision. Larger, recurring and broader accounting assignments are quoted separately.

How do we share records?

Agree a restricted channel, recipients and retention before sharing files. Start with a task description; live bank credentials are not requested.
