Revenue, Assets & Operational Records

Clear records behind the numbers.

Revenue work is available for scope discussion and quotation under a client-approved policy. Fixed-asset, purchasing/inventory and project/time preparation can be discussed as separately scoped support.

Scope & quote

We agree the work, records, timing and price before starting. Broader services are quoted separately from the two bounded pilots.

Service scope

Connect operational records to a reviewable schedule.

Useful when contracts, asset registers, purchases, inventory movements or time records need organizing into traceable schedules. These are preparation records, not software integrations.

  • Revenue schedules

Prepare agreed contract or period schedules under a client-approved policy. Show source records, calculations, assumptions and unresolved questions; policy selection and specialist judgments remain with the client and appropriate adviser.

  • Fixed-asset and depreciation records

Discuss an asset register, additions/disposals and depreciation schedules using client-approved useful lives, methods, dates and residual values. Impairment, valuation and tax treatment require appropriate review.

  • Purchasing and inventory records

Organize purchase, receipt and inventory-movement records; prepare agreed roll-forwards and flag missing or inconsistent records. Client-approved costing rules apply. No physical count, stock certification, procurement execution or supplier payment is implied.

  • Project and time reporting

Prepare client-defined project schedules, approved time summaries and cost/revenue comparisons from supplied records. Flag incomplete allocations; the client validates time, rates, billable treatment and any billing action.

From input to handoff

Make the review practical.

A defined set of records and outputs makes your review straightforward.

To define the assignment

Inputs to scope

  • The requested schedules, entities, periods and approximate record counts.
  • A description of contract, asset, purchasing/inventory or approved project/time exports.
  • For later review: client-approved policies, depreciation/costing methods, rates, allocations, opening balances and evidence gaps.

Your handoff

Reviewable handoff

  • Agreed source-linked revenue, asset/depreciation or operational schedules.
  • Roll-forwards or project/time summaries tied to the supplied records where scoped.
  • A policy/assumption note and exception list for client or qualified-provider review.

A practical handoff

Define the work. Keep the decisions clear.

A preparation assignment begins with a specific task and an agreed reviewer.

  1. Describe the task

Share the output you need, approximate volume, period and relevant jurisdiction. Keep client records and identifiers out of the initial inquiry.

  2. Confirm fit and scope

Agree a restricted channel, recipients and retention before sharing files. Review a suitable sample, then agree outputs, timing and final price.

  3. Prepare and hand back

For accepted work, Neracia prepares and self-checks the agreed files. Your firm reviews exceptions, approves decisions and retains final sign-off.

Before preparation begins: scope, final price and payment terms are agreed in writing before issuing an invoice. Work starts after the agreed payment is received. Extra volume or complexity is quoted before work begins.

A clear handoff. Decisions stay with you.

Client review and approval

You approve accounting policies, classifications, rates, adjustments and final posting. Management reports and schedules carry no assurance.

Client-owned payments

Payment execution remains client-owned. You approve and execute payments and send communications. Neracia does not request live bank credentials, passwords or OTPs.

Specialist services

Independent foreign tax advice and filing/sign-off require an appropriate local qualified provider. Specialist tax, CFO, incorporation, dissolution and EOR/hiring requests require a separate qualification and delivery-availability check. No provider is represented as secured.

Before an assignment

A few practical questions.

Know what to send and what you will receive.

Does this require new software or include specialist advice?

No software or integrations are promised. Discuss the records and desired schedule first. Support uses agreed exports and policies; specialist accounting, valuation or tax judgments require a separate qualification and provider-availability assessment.

What should I include in a quote request?

Describe the task, desired output, period and approximate record volume. Keep client records, identifiers, passwords and OTPs out of your first message.
