Scope & quote

We agree the work, records, timing and price before starting. Broader services are quoted separately from the two bounded pilots.

Service scope

Prepare the next action. Keep control of it.

Useful when invoices need organizing, overdue balances need review, or a client needs a proposed payment list before making their own decisions.

  • Invoice preparation

Draft invoice details from client-approved source records, terms and tax instructions. The client confirms the recipient, amount and treatment before issuing.

  • AP and AR aging

Prepare an as-of-date view of accounts payable (what you owe) and accounts receivable (what customers owe you). Flag unmatched payments, disputed items and missing due dates.

  • Proposals and reminder drafts

Discuss a proposed payment list and draft reminders, linked to the relevant records. The client verifies recipients, approves communications and executes payments.

From input to handoff

Make the review practical.

A defined set of records and outputs makes your review straightforward.

To define the assignment

Inputs to scope

  • The task, approximate invoice/bill volume and requested aging date.
  • A description of the source exports, agreed payment terms and known disputes.
  • For later review: approved invoice details, payment allocations and follow-up wording.

Your handoff

Reviewable handoff

  • Draft invoice details or an agreed preparation file for client approval.
  • An AP/AR aging schedule with source references, assumptions and exceptions.
  • If agreed: a proposed payment list and reminder drafts, ready for client review.

Fictional workpaper

Aging with an explicit next step

An original AP/AR aging preparation sheet using invented reference codes.

Fictional workpaper · static document exampleInvented records and amounts. Not client data, not software, and not a service result. Amounts use unspecified currency units.

A practical handoff

Define the work. Keep the decisions clear.

A preparation assignment begins with a specific task and an agreed reviewer.

  1. Describe the task

Share the output you need, approximate volume, period and relevant jurisdiction. Keep client records and identifiers out of the initial inquiry.

  2. Confirm fit and scope

Agree a restricted channel, recipients and retention before sharing files. Review a suitable sample, then agree outputs, timing and final price.

  3. Prepare and hand back

For accepted work, Neracia prepares and self-checks the agreed files. Your firm reviews exceptions, approves decisions and retains final sign-off.

Before preparation begins: scope, final price and payment terms are agreed in writing before issuing an invoice. Work starts after the agreed payment is received. Extra volume or complexity is quoted before work begins.

A clear handoff. Decisions stay with you.

Client review and approval

You approve accounting policies, classifications, rates, adjustments and final posting. Management reports and schedules carry no assurance.

Client-owned payments

Payment execution remains client-owned. You approve and execute payments and send communications. Neracia does not request live bank credentials, passwords or OTPs.

Specialist services

Independent foreign tax advice and filing/sign-off require an appropriate local qualified provider. Specialist tax, CFO, incorporation, dissolution and EOR/hiring requests require a separate qualification and delivery-availability check. No provider is represented as secured.

Before an assignment

A few practical questions.

Know what to send and what you will receive.

Will reminders or payments be sent automatically?

No. Proposed payments and reminder text are drafts for the client to approve and execute. A quote request does not authorize sending a message or moving money.

What should I include in a quote request?

Describe the task, desired output, period and approximate record volume. Keep client records, identifiers, passwords and OTPs out of your first message.

Start with a defined task

What do you need

Your first message

No client files needed yet.
