Tax & Specialist Business Services

A clear assessment before a specialist engagement.

Organize tax documents and reconciliations for your reviewer. For specialist tax, CFO, incorporation, dissolution or EOR/hiring work, start with a qualification and delivery-availability assessment.

Scope & quote

We agree the work, records, timing and price before starting. Broader services are quoted separately from the two bounded pilots.

Service scope

Check qualifications and delivery before committing.

Bring the entity, jurisdiction and task. Separate document preparation from professional judgments and statutory responsibilities.

  • Tax document and reconciliation support

Discuss a document index, missing-evidence checklist and comparisons between supplied ledger balances, schedules and tax records. The client and their qualified provider decide tax positions and approve filings.

  • Specialist tax assessment

Identify the jurisdiction and requested advice, filing or sign-off. Verify the appropriate local qualified provider, relevant authorization and actual delivery availability before a specialist engagement.

  • CFO assessment

Define the requested strategic or specialist financial judgment. Check relevant expertise, qualifications where required, conflicts, capacity and actual delivery availability. Management reporting or planning workpapers do not establish CFO-service availability.

  • Incorporation assessment

Identify the entity, jurisdiction and requested formation work. Assess the appropriate local provider, relevant qualifications/authorization and actual delivery availability before any formation or filing commitment.

  • Dissolution assessment

Identify the entity, jurisdiction, obligations and proposed closure task. Assess the appropriate local qualified provider and actual delivery availability before any closure, legal, tax or filing commitment.

  • EOR and hiring assessment

Clarify the country, employment model and task. Assess an appropriate local qualified provider, relevant authorization, delivery availability and employer responsibilities. No employer-of-record, recruitment, payroll or hiring execution is represented as available.

From input to handoff

Make the review practical.

A defined set of records and outputs makes your review straightforward.

To define the assignment

Inputs to scope

  • The requested preparation task or specialist assessment, entity and relevant jurisdictions.
  • A description of available records, desired outcome and any existing qualified adviser.
  • The proposed decision-maker, provider role and delivery needs; no sensitive client or employee records in the first inquiry.

Your handoff

Reviewable handoff

  • For accepted preparation: an agreed document index or reconciliation workpaper with source references and open questions.
  • For an assessment: a written outcome stating whether qualifications and delivery availability can be established, unresolved requirements and any limits.
  • Only if a suitable provider is actually secured: a separately agreed provider role, scope, responsibilities and quote before any specialist engagement.

A practical handoff

Define the work. Keep the decisions clear.

A preparation assignment begins with a specific task and an agreed reviewer.

  1. Describe the task

Share the output you need, approximate volume, period and relevant jurisdiction. Keep client records and identifiers out of the initial inquiry.

  2. Confirm fit and scope

Agree a restricted channel, recipients and retention before sharing files. Review a suitable sample, then agree outputs, timing and final price.

  3. Prepare and hand back

For accepted work, Neracia prepares and self-checks the agreed files. Your firm reviews exceptions, approves decisions and retains final sign-off.

Before preparation begins: scope, final price and payment terms are agreed in writing before issuing an invoice. Work starts after the agreed payment is received. Extra volume or complexity is quoted before work begins.

A clear handoff. Decisions stay with you.

Client review and approval

You approve accounting policies, classifications, rates, adjustments and final posting. Management reports and schedules carry no assurance.

Client-owned payments

Payment execution remains client-owned. You approve and execute payments and send communications. Neracia does not request live bank credentials, passwords or OTPs.

Specialist services

Independent foreign tax advice and filing/sign-off require an appropriate local qualified provider. Specialist tax, CFO, incorporation, dissolution and EOR/hiring requests require a separate qualification and delivery-availability check. No provider is represented as secured.

What should I include in a quote request?
